Returns & Refund Policy

Need a different size?    Not 100% happy with your purchase? 

Simply ship the item to our address listed below within 3 business days of when you received it and we will be glad to offer you:

1) A replacement of a different size (please specify with an included note),
2) or another item of your choice of equal value (i.e. store credit),
3) or a refund. What you paid for the item minus a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping fees.

Returned clothing items (including belts) are eligible for exchanges to a different size but must be sent back in original condition (like-new, unwashed, and unaltered) within 3 business days of receiving your item.

Resalable condition is defined as:  item can’t be washed, dirty, worn, ripped, have spots on it, have the tag off or anything else that would prevent us from selling it to someone as “new”.

 Items returned that we deem are in resalable condition within the 3 day period, can be exchanged or returned for a refund.

 Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable. If you'd like to exchange an item, there will be an additional shipping charge to ship the new item. 

Please include a note with the returned item that includes your order # and which option you are looking for (different size, different item of equal value or a refund). We recommend requesting a tracking link when sending a return back to us, as we will not be responsible for items that are not received by us.
